Let's Give Some MUTA Scale Ratings

For those that need to be enlightened, the "Muta scale" rates bladejobs, thanks to an infamous match between The Great Muta and Hiroshi Hase from NJPW 1992 and has become a standard in rating blood loss in a match. The ratings range from 0.00 (no blood loss) to 1.0 (the amount Muta lost in his match, and the highest rating given). The whole match can be seen in it's entirety here.

This topic is to discuss gruesome bladejobs and give them ratings based on the Muta scale. I thought this would be interesting...

One bladejob that immediately comes to mind is Eddie Guerrero's while taking on JBL at Judgment Day '04. Eddie gets the full 1.0, no question.

Same thing with The Undertaker in his Hell in a Cell bout against Brock Lesnar. 1.0 rating there, too.

I'll have to give Vince McMahon a 1.0 from his Buried Alive match with The Undertaker. Great crimson mask, there.

There are plenty more I'm leaving out, but I wanna leave some up for discussion.

Jericho's from the Rumble should be damn close to a 1.0. Also Shawn Michaels's job from Survivor Series '03 should get a high rating.

Oh definitely. Speaking of Jericho, he gets a 1.0 from me with his Smokey Mountain tag team match with Lance Storm (as the Thrillseekers) against the Heavenly Bodies. I gotta see if I can find it somewhere.

And I nearly forgot about Shawn Michaels from SS '03. I gotta rewatch that and give it a rating.

I thought Vince bleeding in Hogan vs Vince at WMXIX was pretty close to a 1.0.

While that was a memorable bladejob, I wouldn't give a 1.0. With 1.0, your entire face pretty much has to be covered soaked in blood. I'd probably give that a 0.55.

Another one I just remembered was John Cena from Judgment Day 05 against JBL. I think I'd definitely give that a 1.0. I don't remember seeing Cena blade very often.

The Game, The King of Kings Triple H at No Way Out 2001 I believe that is close to a 1.0. I need to find that tape and watch that show again.

Anything with Ryuji Ito and Abdullah Kobayashi is bound to go past the 1.0 mark.

Adam Pearce's "H" at The 100th Show's ROH vs. CZW Street Fight was brutal as well. At least an 0.8. Same goes for Ace Steele's bladejob at Punk: The Final Chapter against Chad Collyer.

Austin in the 2001 Royal Rumble was pretty bloody from what I remember. I don't know if it's a 1.0, but probably pretty close.

I remember from the ladder match DVD, that match with Flair and Edge for the title. Im not exactly sure what i'd give it ratings wise, but Flair lost an insane amount of blood in that match from what i can remember.
