Signature Rules
I wanted to clarify that signatures need to adhere to the following guidelines :

1) A signature cannot be over 500kb. - So you can have a many banners as you like as long as the total is 500 or lower. At the same time, don't go crazy. Really, two banners are more than enough. The more banners you have the more cluttered things look. Just use common sense. If you don't know if your banner meets the standard there are a few ways to check: - Right click on the banner and select "properties". Your browser should tell you the size in kilobytes. - Ask someone to check for you, especially a senior member. If your banner is too large you can message Nickelo or post in the GFX forum.

2) One (1) animated .gif per person. - Pretty easy. Remember though, .gifs are usually quite large. If they exceed 500kb then they are no good. Also, if your .gif plus your banner is over 500kb then obviously something has to go. Like the banner size, if you don't know what it is, look for yourself or ask someone.

3) No links are allowed in sigs unless they don't link off the site or unless you have special permission. Violating this will result in your profile being locked.

4) Signature dimensions shall not exceed 600kb wide. -Like I said, the wider the sig, the more stretched GR is. This rule doesn't really seem to be a problem as far as I’ve seen around the place, but still, it's nice to know.

Anyone’s sigs that doesn’t comply with the rules will be modified by the staff. It's not a punishment but I do recommend you make the changes yourself because if we change it, we might take out something that you want but we wouldn't have known. Oh and of course, anything found offensive by the staff will be taken out immediately. Again, not a problem we seem to have much of. Anything else you want to know, please feel free to ask.
